Law applies equally to all. However, there are certain problems which do not allow the common man to access the facility of courts. Why??

Answer:  Law applies equally to all, one of the most common phrases used in courts and by judges. However sadly when we look at the practical picture, this is not the case in many situations.

This is escpedially with common people who find it hard to get due justice.

1.)Reason is that although courts are ruled by judges yet influenced by political factors, by people holding high positions in societies.

2.)Good lawyers offer expensive services that common people cant afford

3.)Powerful people even can mislead judges by hiring people who can give false statements in courts.

Hence when the poor cant get justice in all case, we cannot say that the law applies equally to all in real world
