Answer:

Laws are not always fair and ensure justice because it is people who make laws who might not have fair thoughts for others. Moreover in today's world, after making laws, there are a large number of people who are violating thes laws and are helped by corrupted people. So many are denied to get justice or are treated unfairly.

Answer:

Giving each individual what they deserve, or, in more formal terms, giving each person their due, is the definition of justice. Today, the terms justice and fairness are frequently used synonymously since they are closely related.

  • However, the political system of a country, at times, may fail to deliver justice to its citizens. Questions of justice or fairness perforce come up when individuals disagree about what they think should be given or when choices need to be made regarding how rewards and burdens should be shared among a group of people.
  • It can be objectively said that injustice took place if, for example, the system of a country is corrupt and/or they refuse to even register the case because every individual has the right to be heard.
  • another example could be that the case was registered but isn't being proceeded with in court. the file might be laying around in the form of paperwork but justice is not served through the course of an individual's life.

there is a popular saying- "Justice delayed is justice denied" that is based on this.
