according to this law if two bodies collide with each other then the sum of momenta before collision will be equal to the sum of momenta after collision untill and unless it is acted upon by an external unbalanced force . the formula used can be-------

M1U1+M2U2=M1V1+M2V2

according to this law the momentum produced by a body and also transmitted by this body to another will be same. it means that the total momentum will remain conserved. Ex-
the momentum produced by bus which collided to another bus will be equal.
