HEY!!
The first law of reflection states that the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection. Angle of incidence is the angle made by the incident ray with the normal. The reflected ray is the angle made by the reflected ray with the normal.
The second law of reflection states that: The incident ray, the reflected ray and the normal to the reflecting surface are coplanar.
By coplanar it is meant that they lie on the same plane.
