Yes, this is true and it has been seen that the leaders are constantly changing in a democracy.


Democracy in a country is formed because of the need of the people and it also depends upon the satisfaction of the people.

If people are not satisfied with their government, they will elect new leaders, but people also have a mob mentality and are not always right.

People might even elect corrupt leaders over good ones or keep on changing their leaders so quickly that no work gets done.
