Leap year comes every four years, right.
If it is like that, 1904 is a leap year. If 1904 is leap year why is 1900 not a leap year?

years like 1700,1900etc are not leap years because they need to be divisible by 400 .only the years ending with 00 are to be done like this)

An year which is entirely divisible by 100 and 400 is a leap year. 1900 was not a leap year because it was divisible by 100 but not by 400.
