2. Bob is walking at 4km/hr, suddenly rain comes. and he started drenching.

3. Sam traveling in moped at 47 km/hr. Same rain and he also started drenching.

4. Lee traveling in open jeep at 49 km/hr. He started drenching too .


Having given these scenarios, tell me who will drench faster and explain theory behind it?
