3. Maybe the cartoonist wanted to show that young applicants are more favored and because of this old workers are forced to work overseas, we lose many skilled and experienced workers.
4. (A.) Bias toward young workers because they believe young workers are more flexible to work. They also come up with the most innovative initiatives that would help the organization to grow. On the darker side due to their lack of experience, many youngsters get fired for the damage that occurred to the organization because of their small mistakes.
(B.) Bias against old or aged workers because they believe older workers are less progressive and less capable of learning new things but there are also advantages in hiring old workers which is they are more experienced and skilled compared to new workers.
