The food I usually eat:-
Varied and balanced diet
Mostly this is the kind of diet that is good for health and is recommended for a fit lifestyle and to avoid any nutrition deficiencies.
However, sometimes I also have food such as:-
Soft drinks
Sweets such as cakes, pies, candies and others
Preserved and canned foods
Varied vegetables and fruits
Meat and poultry
These foods can be consumed only occasionally to avoid them from being harmful to health. Anything in excess can be dangerous or fatal.
