Real life examples of the given types of angles are as follows -

  • Acute angle : Acute angles are such angles which have a magnitude less than 90°. The real life example of an acute angle is - the central angle of a slice of pizza which is created by dividing a round pizza into 6 equal slices.
  • Right angle : Right angle has a magnitude of exactly 90°. The real life example of an right angle is - the angle between the tabletop and a leg of the table.
  • Obtuse angle : Obtuse angles are such angles which have a magnitude more than 90°. The real life example of an obtuse angle is - the angle between the minute hand and hour hand of a clock, when the time is 2:50 a.m or p.m.
