1. perimeter = 2( l + b )

= 2 ( 6 + 4)

= 2 × 10

= 20 cm

2. perimeter = 4a

= 4 × 5

= 20 cm

Area = a ²

= 5 × 5

= 25 cm²

3. area = 500 ft²

breadth = 20 ft

length = 500 / 20

= 25 ft

perimeter = 2( 25 + 20)

= 90 cm

4. 2 ( l + b ) = 56

l + b = 28

16 + b = 28

b = 28 - 16

= 12 cm

5. width = 120 cm

length = 360 cm

perimeter = 2( 120 + 360)

= 2 ( 480)

= 960 cm

area = 120 × 360

= 43200 cm²
