Learning task 3 was a great assignment in which we have to record the details. Speech has been  defined as way of communicating it into a way so that it is transferred in proper manner.

1. Indicators: The indicator of speech is how it is communicate in passive or active voice.
2. Fluency: The fluency should be in proper manner. It should be regular.
3. Tone: The tone of the speech should be sweet and courteous.
