1. Boredom is a challenge faced by almost every individual during the lockdown. Following the same ritual over and over again may cause stress and boredom. The lack of change in the environment is one of the main causes for boredom. Other causes are: a lack of a definitive goal, tiredness, low stimulation and lack of choice or control over daily activities.
