Least count of voltmeter is 0.5V and miliammeter is 0.2mA and 5μA for micrometer in zener diode.

Least count (L.C) of any measuring instrument is the smallest value that can be measured by that measuring instrument.

Least count of an instrument determines the amount of precision to which the instrument can measure readings.

Instruments with lower values of least count can measure readings with higher precision as compared to instruments with lower values of least count.

Voltmeter has Least count of 0.5 V [which measures voltage values in range 0-30V] and

LC of 0.02 V  [which measures voltage values in range 0-2V]

The miliammeter has least count of 0.2mA

The microammeter has least count of 5μA.
