Given,

The least factor of p is 3.

So, Let us assume that p is a product of 3 and x, where x is a prime number greater than 3. Say x is 5. Now:

p = x*3

p = 5*3

p = 15

Similarly for q,

q = x*5

q = 7*5

q = 35

Now, (p+q) becomes 35+15 => 50.

The least prime factor of 50 will 2, since 50 = 2*5*5.
