I would like to bring to your kind attention that my name is Rajnish Patel, Student of class XII of your prestigious school. My roll number is 21. I beg to say that I am not in a state to attend the school or college as I have been suffering from high fever / stomach pain / cold for the last two days.
I have been under the treatment of my family doctor, who has advised me to take proper rest for at least three days. Therefore kindly grant me leave for three days with effect from 10 September. I shall be really thankful to you.
