Respected madam,

        I am Rijita Basu, a student of class-X of your school. In this application, I want to ask you for leave.

            I would like to inform you that I got selected in 100 meters long run in the 'Winter sports carnival'. It will be held in Jadavpur Stadium on 13th February, 2020. For that, I need leaves for two days 13th and 14th February, 2020.

         I would be highly obliged if you grant me two days' leave.
