Therefore, kindly grant me leave, due to above mentioned reason, for date 5 January, 2020. Will be obliged by the action.

I am suffering from skin allergy from yesterday night. As a result my skin is covered with the race rashes. The doctor is saying that it is highly contagious is nature. In addition to this I am suffering from a lot of body ache. So I want to take a leave for one day so that I can adequately get cured.
