            Subject: Leave application
            I humbly request you to
grant me leave for one week. My uncle and aunt are very old. They live in the
village. They do not have anyone to look after them. My uncle is not well so I
have to take him for treatment. It will take a week to get all the medical
tests done.
              So I will be out of
station for some time and will not be able to attend to the office work. I will
be very grateful if you could give me leave for a week.
