Hey!!!
________
=> If the leaves of a healthy plant wetter coated with Vaseline the contact of the stomata with the atmosphere is prevented.
=> Thus the gaseous exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen stops.
=> Thus the plant will have no carbon dioxide for Photosynthesis.
=> Thus no starch will be produced and ultimately the plant will be effected and hence will not remain healthy.

No if the leaves are coated with Vaseline then it disturbs the process of photosynthesis as it prevents the plant to take in oxygen, and carbon dioxide for the process and it also disturbs the plants transpiration process. So the plant will unfortunately die at the end.
