the presence of red colour pigment called antocyanins this pigment hide the chrolophyll but chlorophyll present and perform photosynthesis

No these leaves dosent contain chlorophyll. These contains some other pigments which can make them red or yellow or someother colours. Chlorophyll can only show greenery of leaf but no someother colours.
