Hey mate!
Mark this brainliest :
Mucus, running nose that cause nasal conjestion. Emotional heaving, etc.
Drinking water has calming affect after blowing your nose.
I've had, like many others, to be there for and calm the emotions of my children, family, friends, work mates, patients, bereaved friends & families, etc. It's hard not to cry with them.

Crying typically involves a whole plethora of physiological changes in the vocal tract, including:
Tension in the throat and jaw muscles
A raised larynx
Various facial expressions, typically causing contraction of the face
Short and poorly controlled breaths
Often, congested sinuses
All of these and others combine to alter the voice. This tends to result in higher pitch, thinner resonance, a more nasal tone, etc.
Not the best recipe for quality singing, I’ll tell you that much!.
I hope this may help u.
