The narration change will be
Leela said that she did not see that.
This change had taken place due to narration rules.
Some of them are
1)the reported person changes according to the reporting person.
2)simple present changes to simple past.
3)words like here ,it ,now ,come ,etc change themselves.
Like come becomes go
Here becomes there
It becomes that.... And now becomes then.
These rules help in narration change
