Yes u r right and lemon pickle not every pickle should not store in aluminum jar bcoz it will spoil the pickle and food poisoning may caused so the aluminum jar is not good for any pickle. We should store every pickle in mirror jar. And we should tie a cloth instead of their cap.

lemon pickle is acidic in nature & aluminium is a metal. when acid & metal reacts it liberate hydrogen gas and corrode the jar and spoil the pickle & causes food poisoning also.
