Answer: Lencho needed the money and wrote a letter to God to send him 100 pesos So that he may come out of the crises that he was going through, As all his crops were destroyed due to hailstons. He addressed the letter to God and when he recieved the mail, he found that it had 70 pesos instead of 100. Lencho thought that the post office employes had taken away 30 pesos and has thus cheated him so he called them a "bunch of crocks" but they were not actually so, they were kind soul who collected 70 pesos doneting from their sellary to sent Lencho the money that he needed through mail.
