Factorise the area of rectangle and obtain the factors. The factors can be considered as length and breadth of the rectangle.

${6x}^{2} + x - 12 = {6x}^{2} + 9x - 8x - 12$

$= > 3x(2x + 3) - 4(2x + 3)$

$= > (3x - 4)(2x + 3)$

Therefore, length of the rectangle is ( 3x - 4 ) and breadth is ( 2x + 3 )
