length = (2x + 9)m \\ breadth = (3x + 5)m \\  \\ area = length  \times breadth \\  = (2x + 9) \times (3x + 5) \\  = (6 {x}^{2}  + 10x  + 27x + 45) \\  = (6 {x}^{2}  + 37x + 45) {m}^{2}

Length of the rectangle = ( 2x + 9 ) m

Breadth of the rectangle = ( 3x + 5 ) m

Area of the rectangle = length × breadth

Area of the rectangle = ( 2x + 9 ) ( 3x + 5 ) m²

Area of the rectangle = 2x( 3x + 5 ) + 9( 3x + 5 ) m²

Area of the rectangle = 6x² + 10x + 27x + 45 m²

Area of the rectangle = 6x² + 37x + 45 m²

Therefore the area of the. rectangle is 6x² + 37x + 45 m²
