Length, l =  3x^2y + y^2

Breadth, b =  \frac{5}{8}x^2

Area = Length  ×  Breadth

        = l  ×  b

        = ( 3x^2y + y^2) × (\frac{5}{8}x^2)

        = 3x^2y * \frac{5}{8}x^2 + y^2 *  \frac{5}{8}x^2

        = \frac{15}{8}x^4y + \frac{5}{8}x^2y^2

        =\frac{x^2y}{8}(15x^2 + 5y)
