Perimeter = sum of all sides.
=> 14/3 x 2 + 11/4 x 2 = 28/3 + 22/4. = 28*4+22*3/12 ( on taking lcm)
Hence the answer is 112+66/12 = 178/12 = 14.833 m.

Answer:

16.167

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

length=4 2/3

breadth=2 3/4

perimeter=2×(length + breadth)

=2×(4 2/3 + 2 3/4)

=2×(16/3 + 11/4)

=2×(64+33)/12 [taking LCM]

=2×97/12

=97/6

=16.167
