let ABCD a rectangle.

length of AB = 65 cm (length)

Length of BC = 40 cm (breadth)

then,

perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( L + B)

= 2 ( 65 + 40 ) cm

= 2 (105) cm

= 2*105 cm

= 210 cm
