THE MINISTER OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT, MINISTER OF HOUSING AND URBAN POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND MINISTER OF PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS (SHRI M. VENKAIAH NAIDU): The entire country is watching all of us and keeping that in mind, we should conduct ourselves in the House. If somebody has committed a mistake, they should rectify that. If somebody has done something wrong in the past, they should rectify it themselves. But I feel this is the time, as I was telling yesterday that initially this idea came to me because one of our colleagues in this House Mr. Bhartruhari Mehtab gave this suggestion. Subsequently, some Members also wrote letters to me. Keeping that in mind, we discussed it with the hon. Prime Minister but the Government of India also formed a Committee for celebrations of the birth anniversary of Babasaheb Ambedkar. In that Committee, it was also decided that we must do it in a big way across the country. Then the Government has decided to observe the 26th of November as the Constitution Day.
