Given,
Length = 5 m
Breadth = 4 m
Height = 3 m
Applying formula,
▶ Area of four walls = 2( 5 + 4 ) × 3 ( m × m )
▶ Area of four walls = 2( 9 ) × 3 m^2
▶ Area of four walls = 18 × 3 m^2
▶ Area of four walls = 54 m^2
And, Area of ceiling = length × breadth
▶Area of ceiling = 5 × 4 = 20 m²
So,
➡ Cost of white washing at ₹55 per square metre = ( Area of four walls + area of ceiling ) × 55
⏩ Cost of white washing = ( 20 + 54 m² ) × ₹ 55 / m²
