length : breadth = 3:4

area of rectangle = 12 hectare = 120000 m²

let the constant ratios be x

3x × 4x = 120000 m²

12x² = 120000 m²

x² = 120000/12

x² = 10000

x = √10000

x = 100

length = 3x = 3×100 = 300 m²

breadth = 4x = 4×100 = 400 m²

ratio = 3:4 so, length = 3x, breadth = 4x

area = 12x²

12x² = 12 , x² = 1 or x = 1

so length = 3×1 = 3 unit

width = 4×1 = 4 unit

because 1 hectare = 10000 m²

so it's root = 100

hence length = 3 unit×100 = 300 m

width = 4 unit = 400 m
