since, cost of painting = 4.50/m^

is = 21,600

so ,. total area of field = 21,600/4.50

= 4500 m^

so, let the lenght and breadth of rectangle be x.

so lenght be 4x and breadth be 3x.

so, area of rectangular field = 4500m^

(4x*3x). =. 4500m^
