Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( l + b )

2 ( 4x + 3x ) = 420

2 × 7x = 420

7x = $\dfrac{420}{2}$

7x = 210

x = $\dfrac{210}{7}$

x = 30

So, length of the rectangle = 4(30) = $\boxed{120\ m}$

Breadth of rectangle = 3(30) = $\boxed{90\ m}$
