Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

600 = 2(l+100)

600 = 2l + 200

600 - 200 = 2l

400 = 2l

400÷2 = l

200 = l

= 200 is the length.

answer:-

Length :- 200cm

Step-by-step explanation:

As we know that :-

perimeter of Retangle:- 2 x ( l+b)

where :- P = 600 ; b = 100 ; L = ?

.

.

according to formula:-

P = 2 x ( L + b )

600= 2 x ( L + 100)

(600/2) = ( L + 100)

300 = ( L + 100)

300 - 100 = L

Or

L = 300 - 100

L = 200 CM.

.

.

i.e. length of the rectangle is :- 200cm
