HEY DEAR

SOLUTION :- Let the height of the classroom be h meter . then

length = 2h m

breadth= 3/2 h meter

Area of 4 walls = 2× heigh × ( length+ breath)

= 2× h× (2h + 3/2 h) m^2

=2× h × (4h+3h /2)m^2

=(2×h× 7h/2 ) m^2 = 7h ^2 m^2

we have ,

°cost of white washing of 1m^2 = Rs . 1.60m^2

° cost of white washinf of 4 walls = Rs. (1.60× 7h^2) = Rs. 11.20h^2

but ,

the cost of white washing is given as Rs 179.20

=11.20h^2 = 179.20

h^2 = 179.20/ 11.20 =16

= h^2 =4^2

=H = 4

°°Length of the classroom =( 2×4) m =8 m

breadth of the classroom = (3/2×4) =6m

°° Area of the floor of the room = (8×6)m^2 = 48m^2

we have

,

cost of tiling of 1m^2 of the floor = Rs.6.75

cost of tiling the floor = Rs ( 6.75 × 48) = Rs. 324.

HOPE ITS HELPFULL
