let height be X

length = 2X
width = 3/2 X

cost of whitewashing walls = Rs 1000 = whitewashing CSA
rate of whitewashing walls = Rs 20 / sq.m.

area of walls = 1000/20 = 500 sq.m.

csa = 2h(l+b)
500= 2*X(2X + 3/2X)
X = 500/7 m = h

2X = 2*500/7=1000/7 m = l

3/2 X = 3/2 * 500/7 = 750/7 m = b
