Let the breadth be x.

Length= x+4

Perimeter of the rectangle= 84m

ATQ.

Perimeter= 84 m

2(l+b)= 84 m

(l+b)= 84/2

(l+b)= 42

(x+x+4)= 42

2x+4= 42

2x= 42-4

2x= 38

x= 38/2

x=19m

Breadth= x= 19m

Length= x+4= 19+4= 23m
