Answer:

Hey mate! This is your answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Take the breadth as x, so length becomes x + 4.

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 ( L + B )

84 = 2 ( x + x + 4 )

42 = 2x + 4

38 = 2x

x = 19

Answer:

Let breadth of a rectangle is x and length is x+4

Perimeter of a rectangle is 2×( l+b )

here l = x+4 and b = x

perimeter of the given triangle= 84m

=> 2× ( x+x+4)=84m

2× ( 2x + 4)=84m

2x×2 + 4×2=84m

4x+8=84m

4x= 84-8

4x= 76

x= 76÷4

x=19

Therefore, breadth=19 and length= 19+4= 23

Hope this will help you
