Length of a rectangle exceeds its breadth by 4 m. If the perimeter of the rectangle is 84 m, find its length and breadth.

breadth = length + 4
length = breadth - 4
perimeter = 84
2 (l+b) = 84
2 (b-4+b) = 84
2 (2b-4) = 84
2b-4 = 84/2 = 42
2b-4 = 42
2b = 42 + 4 = 46
b = 46/2
b = 23
l = b-4
l = 23-4
l = 19
