take breadth as x
length as x+4
perimeter = 2× (Length +breadth)
84 = 2 (x+4 +x)
84 = 2x + 8 + 2x
84 = 4x + 8
84-8 = 4x
4x = 76
x = 19

breadth = x = 19
length = x + 4 = 19 +4 = 23

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let breadth be x m, length is (x+4)m

Perimeter is 84m

2x+2(x+4)=84

x=19

So, breadth and length are 19m and 23m respectively
