Let the Breadth be xm and length be x+4 m

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

84=2(x+x+4)

84÷2= 2x+4

42= 2x + 4

42-4 = 2x

38 = 2x

38÷2=x

19=x

Therefore breadth of rectangle = 19m and length = x+4= 19+4=23m.
