let L= x+3
B=x
area= x(x+3)=x^2 +3x
according to given condition. .
B = x+4
L =x+3 -6
area= (x+4) (x-3) = x^2 +3x -22
x^2 +x -12 = x^2 +3x -22
x-12= 3x -22
2x =10
x = 5
B=5
L =8
