Let breadth of the rectangle be x

according to question

length = (2x - 16)

as we know perimeter = 2(l+b)

so,

2[(2x - 16) + x ] = 100

2x - 16 + x = 100/2

3x - 16 = 50

3x = 50 + 16

x = 66/3

x = 22 (breadth) and length = 28
