Length of a rectangle is 16 cm less than twice its breadth. If the perimeter of the rectangle is 100cm . find its length and breadth.

Let the breadth be = x

Length be = 2x-16

Perimeter = 100cm

100= 2(x+2x-16)

= 100= 6x-32

= 100-32= 6x

=132=6x

=x=132÷6

=x= 22

So,
