let the breadth be xcm then length will be x+1cm.as this is a right Angeled ∆ .eq.
 {x}^{2}  +  ({x + 1)}^{2}  =  {29}^{2}
(by solving the eq. we get )
x=-21 & x= 20
as distance cannot be -ve.
so,x=20cm breadth is20cm & length is 21cm.
area of ∆is 1/2×b×h
so,1/2×20×21=210cm
