Given :-

  • Breadth + 3 = Length

To find :-

  • Area of rectangle

Solution :-

Let the breadth be x then the length also be x + 3. Since , as per the question .

Now , finding area

Area of rectangle = length × rectangle .

Area of rectangle = (x + 15) × x

Area of rectangle = x² + 15x

Here , in the given question we need to find the area of rectangle in algebraic expression . Area = + 15x . It is a algebraic expressions because the constant & variable terms are there in the expression .

More information :-

  • Area of rectangle = l × b
  • Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)
  • Area of square = Side²
  • Perimeter of square = 4(side)
  • Area of parallelogram = l × b
  • Area of parallelogram = 2(l + b)
  • Area of circle = πr²
  • Circumference = 2πr
