Hey mate!!!!!
Let breadth be x
so length = 2x - 5
now perimeter = 2(l+b) = 110 given
so
2(2x - 5 + x) = 110 \\ 2(3x  - 5) = 110 \\ 3x - 5 =  \frac{110}{2}  \\ 3x - 5 = 55 \\ 3x = 55 + 5 \\ 3x = 60 \\ x =  \frac{60}{3}  \\ x = 20
There is no cross multiplication.
Now we know breadth = 20
length = 2 × 20-5
= 40-5
= 35

area = l × b
20 \times 35 = 700
hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️✌️
