let breadth of the rectangle be Y

let length of the rectangle be x

x=3y-5......................eq1

perimeter of the rectangle formula is 2(l+b)

150=2(x+y)

150=2(3y-5+y)

150=6y-10+2y

150+10=6y+2y

160=+8y

y=160/8

y=20

substituting  the value y  in equation 1

x=3(20)+5

x=60+5

x=65 meter

length of the rectangle is 75 is meters
